Purpose of collecting data

At Ironleaf Safety Strategies, we collect and process personal and organisational data only where necessary to provide our professional services. This includes delivering safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and regulatory compliance support.

The information we collect helps us communicate with clients, maintain accurate service records, and support organisations in meeting their legal health and safety obligations under guidance from the Health and Safety Executive and data protection requirements set by the Information Commissioner's Office.

All data is handled securely and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. We only retain information for as long as necessary to deliver our services or to meet legal obligations.
